Een delegatie van de Curaçao Boxing Association (CuraBox) bestaande uit de boksers Nahdir Haseth, Jady Gogulski, Fabian Williams en onder leiding van Coregelino Djaoen (bondscoach) en Edwin Baas (voorzitter CuraBox) is in Nederland voor het NK 2024 van de Nederlandse Boksbond (NBB).
Nahdir Haseth (17) won op 16 november de finale in Breda en is nu Nederlands kampioen in de jeugdklasse tot 54 kg.
Nahdir won van Marciano Schel van Team HVO en met deze overwinning nam hij direct wraak voor zijn verlies tijdens het NK 2 jaar geleden, tegen dezelfde tegenstander.
Jady Gogulski in de klasse tot 71 kg bokste een hele goede partij en wij en vele anderen dachten dat hij gewonnen had, maar 2 van de 3 juryleden hadden een andere mening.
Fabian Williams won unaniem en neemt het op zaterdag 23 november tijdens de halve finale van de A-klasse tot 67 kg op tegen de ervaren Ferenc Soepboer. De finale is op 24 november.

Nahdir Haseth (17) won the final on November 16 in Breda and is now Dutch champion in the youth class up to 54 kg.

Fabian Williams won unanimously and will face the experienced Ferenc Soepboer during the semi-final of the A-class up to 67 kg on Saturday, November 23. The final will be on November 24.
