A total of twenty-five recipients of study financing have departed for the Netherlands to continue their tertiary education. They were formally bid farewell with words of encouragement and best wishes from Prime Minister Luc Mercelina and Acting Minister of Education, Culture, Youth and Sport, as well as Minister of Public Health, Social Development, and Labor Richinel Brug.
