Residents may speak on most agenda items during the Central Committee meeting. To exercise this right, registration is required 𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝟒𝟖 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 (2-days) the meeting.
