The St. Maarten Tourism Bureau proudly congratulates Evan Reniier Amatdjais on securing 1st Place in the Senior Division of the 2025 FCCA Foundation for the Caribbean Children’s Poster Competition.
At just 15 years old, Evan, a student of Milton Peters College, has demonstrated exceptional creativity and talent while proudly representing St. Maarten on a regional stage.
As part of this remarkable achievement, Evan and his classmates were invited to spend a special day on board Carnival Cruise Line’s Venetian ship, where they toured the vessel and enjoyed lunch. The award ceremony was also held on board, where Evan officially received his prize. The occasion was attended by the Minister of Education, underscoring the importance of recognizing and encouraging the talents of our young people both inside and outside of the classroom.
Evan’s success highlights the incredible creativity and potential within our youth. Moments like these reinforce the value of providing opportunities that allow our young people to develop their talents and represent St. Maarten with pride. We also commend his teachers and the entire Milton Peters College community for their continued dedication to nurturing and guiding the next generation.
