“CURACAO COLLEGE BASEBALL PLAYERS”

Curacao college baseball players in Iowa attending Indian Hills Community College having success. The players are Joshmar Doran (short stop) and Joel Marties (pitcher). Earlier this year Joshmar Doran received 87% scholarship baseball offer from IHCC via the recommendation of baseball consultant Reggie Plaisir. And Joel Martis attended Skillz Academies Atlanta in 2015 and received a baseball opportunity to attend IHCC baseball program.

Indian Hills CC has 43 players on their current fall roster consisting of 2 teams a varsity team and junior varsity team(development team). Last week during my visit to IHCC teams played 28 innings from 5:pm to 9:pm vs another junior college team in Iowa that also had 40 plus players in their fall baseball program consisting of 2 teams.

During the fall college baseball season typically all players get playing time for development reasons during a 20 game schedule beginning September, October to early November. Last week their schedule included a Scout Day for MLB Clubs and 4 year colleges. And according to Head Baseball Coach Cam Walker approximately 10 Major League Baseball Scouts were present. Coach Walker also confirmed MLB Scouts like Pro Prospect Joshmar Doran abilities.

At the same game I was introduced to MLB high ranking scout a national cross checker from Colorado Rockies organization and he confirmed that he likes the skill level of prospect Joshmar Doran from Curacao. This is great news for Curacao a potential MLB Draft prospect playing baseball in Iowa.

Basically if Joshmar Doran continues playing well and improving his skill level. Professional baseball opportunities may be in his future options during the annual MLB Amateur Draft held in June. Joshmar Doran is eligible for 2017 and 2018 Amateur MLB Drafts. Indian Hillls Community College has a long history of draft prospects over 100 plus players drafted and 17 players who played in the big leagues.
