La Cabana’s first quarter overachievers, shine brightly
Eagle beach. – The resort hosted its first quarter celebration just recently honoring the hard work and dedication of its associates, in the resort’s ballroom. The gathering was animated, and interactive, in the signature style of the department of Human Resources and the Food & Beverage team.
Traditionally, La Cabana Beach Resort & Casino recognizes achievements of associates, supervisors, teams and leaders of the quarter, for January, February, and March, at the beginning of April.
Words of appreciation and encouragement were shared by management addressing the resort’s high-achieving teams from the respective departments.
General Manager Joe Najjar delivered additional inspirational thoughts, thanking his associates for putting their best foot forward, and actively taking part in the resort’s success.
The monthly nominees and winners are a true inspiration to their peers, he said, and their efforts are a testament to the high standards of excellence upheld at La Cabana, Beach Resort & Casino.
As part of the ceremony, all nominees were called forward and enjoyed thundering applause, as they were presented with attractive certificates.
For January Associate of the Month winner was Dahiana Perez, Housekeeping. Other nominees included Luz Mery Galviz, Food & Beverage, and Edwin Tromp, Loss Prevention.
For February Associate of the Month winner was Stella Herrera Ruiz, Food & Beverage. Other February nominees included Sheryll D’Arsie, Front Office – PBX, and Micherlande Prophete, Housekeeping.
For March Associate of the Month Winner was Dominico “Nick” Heyden, Front Office. Other March nominees included Catherine Martinez, Activities & Health Club, Cristina Mercedes, Food & Beverage and Carmen Coello, Housekeeping.
Supervisor of the first quarter was Luz Adriana Danje, Food & Beverage. The other Supervisor of the quarter nominees included Henry Diaz, Human Resources, Tracy Espinosa, Housekeeping and Janet Reid, Front Office.
The Team of the First Quarter winner was the Team of Housekeeping Supervisors. Other nominees included the team of Human Resources
