Parliament of Sint Maarten: Committee of Kingdom Affairs and Interparliamentary Relations (CKAIR) met for Committee meeting no. 5 regarding several agenda points.

During this meeting the Committee discussed the responses of the Governments of the countries of the Kingdom to the unsolicited spontaneous advice of the Council of State of the Kingdom on 70 years of the Charter for the Kingdom, as well as the draft Kingdom Law amending the Tax Regulation of the Netherlands and Sint Maarten.

The Committee also discussed and prepared for the Tripartite and IPKO meetings scheduled to take place in Aruba from February 19- 23, 2026.
