Statia is participating in the Interinsular Games 2026 (Weganan Interinsulair) in Bonaire, with activities taking place from Thursday, 26 February to Sunday 1 March.
Statia’s athletes will compete in 3×3 basketball VO (voortgezet onderwijs, secondary education)
Commissioner of Sport Rechelline Leerdam will attend the Interinsular Games to support the athletes and will also be present at the BES (Bonaire, St Eustatius and Saba) Island Council Summit in Bonaire on Thursday 27 February.
