Governor Jocelyn Levenstone was welcomed by Commander Max Borsboom on the Netherlands Royal Navy vessel HNLMS Pelikaan off the coast of Wells Bay, Saba. He was accompanied by Island Secretary Bram Streppel and Head of Public Order and Safety Walle Bos. The vessel is in the area for its yearly hurricane exercise.
