Volledig kostelose registratie van bedrijven

Het Ministerie van Sociale Ontwikkeling, Arbeid en Welzijn (SOAW) deelt hierbij mee dat met ingang van maandag 2 november 2026 de registratie van bedrijven, die momenteel plaatsvindt bij de Sector Arbeid, zal worden ondergebracht bij het Vergunningenloket.

Tevens wordt bekendgemaakt dat deze registratie vanaf genoemde datum volledig kosteloos zal zijn. Er zullen dus geen kosten aan de klant in rekening worden gebracht voor de bedrijvenregistratie.

Het Ministerie van SOAW dankt de bevolking voor haar begrip en medewerking.

 

 

The Ministry of Social Development, Labour and Welfare (SOAW) hereby announces that, as of Monday 2 November 2026, company registration, which currently takes place at the Labour Sector, will be transferred to the Permit Desk (Vergunningenloket).

The Ministry also announces that, from that date, registration will be completely free of charge. Customers will therefore not be charged any fees for company registration.

The Ministry of SOAW thanks the public for its understanding and cooperation.
