We express our relief that the nation’s leadership remains safe and reaffirm Curaçao’s steadfast commitment to the protection of democratic institutions, the rule of law, and the preservation of peaceful civic life.
Our country stands firm in its dedication to dialogue, stability, and responsible international engagement.
Received attached the official letter of solidarity sent to the President of the United States.

Willemstad – De regering van Curaçao heeft haar solidariteit overgebracht aan de Verenigde Staten naar aanleiding van het recente incident in Washington, D.C. Wij spreken onze opluchting uit dat de nationale leiding ongedeerd is gebleven en bevestigen opnieuw de standvastige inzet van Curaçao aan de bescherming van democratische instellingen, de rechtsstaat en het behoud van een vreedzaam maatschappelijk leven.
Ons land blijft standvastig in zijn inzet voor dialoog, stabiliteit en verantwoord internationaal engagement.
