Random Consulting Rejects False Claims Linking It to Armenian Government Contract
Random Consulting Limited categorically rejects recent erroneous attempts by Luigi Faneyte to link Random Consulting, Mario Galea and Curaçao to a contract awarded by the Armenian government to Random Systems International.
There is no such connection.
The facts are straightforward and could very easily have been verified had Mr Faneyte cared about accuracy over bluster.
Mario Galea established Random Systems International on 14th August 2018 in connection with work for the Georgian government. This is public knowledge.
As part of subsequent arrangements, Mario Galea and Random Consulting exited the company on 25th November 2022 and Random Systems International continued independently. This, too is public knowledge.
All documentation to this effect is, and always has been, available for download on the Malta Business Registry.
Neither Mario Galea nor Random Consulting has any ownership, management, operational or other involvement in Random Systems International today.
Historical involvement is not current ownership. It is not current control.
What makes the reporting particularly concerning is that the article is expressly labelled Al- generated.
Al can assist research; it cannot replace basic fact-checking. Had Mr Faneyte contacted Random Consulting or undertaken even the most elementary corporate due diligence, the actual facts could have been established very easily.
Instead, unrelated entities and unrelated government contracts have been stitched together with nefarious intent to create an entirely false impression of association.
The only current connection being presented is a word in a company name: “Random”. That is not evidence. It is not investigative journalism. And it is certainly not a fact.
Random Consulting again calls on those reporting on these matters to verify their information before publishing allegations and insinuations as fact.
