Home invasion/robbery
PHILIPSBURG: On Wednesday December 07 2016, at approximately eight thirty pm (20.30) a resident of Agate road in Pelican was attacked by four masked intruders at his home. The homeowner was injured during this attack, and as a result received treatment by medical staff at the scene. During this ordeal items were taken from his home. A complaint was filed and detectives are busy conducting an investigation in this case.

Attempted Robbery
PHILIPSBURG: On Thursday December 08 2016, at approximately five past four pm (16.05) patrols were dispatched to Prime Distributors in Cole Bay for a robbery in progress. The robbers left before patrol arrived. Search was done in the surrounding areas but to no avail. Detectives confirmed later that it was an attempted robbery on the establishment.
