Kralendijk (18 april 2017) – Het team van TCB kreeg basisopleiding over hoe te handelen in situaties waarin een persoon bewusteloos is of verstikt.

Leren hoe te handelen volgens de regels van basic life support met het gebruik van automatische externe defibrillator is een interactief proces die om kennis en capaciteit vraagt. Elk jaar duizenden mensen collapse of gaan dood als gevolg van een hartaanval of verdrinken. Dood van deze mensen kan worden voorkomen als CPR onmiddellijk wordt uitgevoerd.

Als we naar de hoeveelheid ongelukkige gevallen dat toeristen zich bevinden bekijken, is het van groot belang dat werknemers van TCB altijd goed voorbereid zijn.
Voorkomen is beter dan genezen!

Every year thousands of people collapse and pass away due to a heart attack or drowning. Death of these people can be prevented if CPR is performed immediately on the person.
