A tip for a healthy breakfast

A tip for a healthy breakfast

What is more healthy and fresh to start your morning with? a delicious mouthwatering meal after you wake up and take you shower, I know not everybody has the time to pamper themselves but this can be easily done in the weekend.
I usually eat organic whenever I can, means if I find the organic food I need then it’s a jackpot for me, you cannot imagine the big gap and difference between a real food and fake food, it is like fake news these days it can kill your reputation, fake food can kill your healthy system.
I love to eat and yes I love everything related to food, as long as I know from where it is coming and what’s in it, I also invent and mix stuff and every time I have a new plate whether it is cooked or sweets, I mostly care about the fresh ingredients that I can find and use then comes the look , I can’t look at a plate if it is not properly and beautifully presented so presentation is crucial when you want to introduce a meal even if it is for yourself only, then at last comes the smell ,therefore whenever you are about to prepare something make sure it is healthy and fresh, looks good and appealing and smells delicious, who doesn’t love to eat?
For this morning, I found in my fridge some organic unsalted butter, half block of mozzarella cheese and fresh organic mint and oregano leaves, Shia seeds and strawberry jam, this is a perfect breakfast meal that needs like 10 mn or less to prepare.
I bought days ago some multigrain bread loaf brown color that is made with no preservatives, its dark color attracted me first.
I took out 3 bread pieces from fridge , make sure you don’t leave your bread in the heat it will rotten easily, on one piece I spread butter ,and then I put the mozzarella on another piece, I sprinkled both with Shia seeds, then added mint and oregano leaves on all, on the side of the plate I have a teaspoon of organic strawberry jam, this is not a topping for the butter since I always like to keep its creamy milky fatty taste in my mouth ,the jam is for the cheese , it will add some sweetness to it.
What a combination, I had a full healthy breakfast, with few calories so I am not worried about gaining weight and the look of this plate was amazing, brown-green-white -black and a bit of red wine color.
Below are the ingredients I use and their benefits
-Mint and oregano leaves: mint is a great appetizer and very good for digestion, its smell alone can give you a morning boost and helps you to absorb the food nutrients, as for the oregano leaves it is antibacterial helps you if you have bloating and it’s full of minerals and vitamins and fiber good for the heart and bones
-mozzarella cheese: it is a dairy product and packed with protein and vitamin 6 & 7and zinc, responsible for a healthy radiant skin and nails
-organic unsalted butter: good for the body it gives it energy and fuel it up, full of vitamin A for a good vision, and when you eat an “organic” butter or grass fed butter the fat that comes from it doesn’t stay as fat in your body but it turns immediately into energy and it is known that when you eat this kind of butter it boosts the metabolism and suppress hunger.
-chia seeds: I call it the magic seeds for how much they have nutrients and vitamins and antioxidants, they protect the skin from aging, good for the heart and bones, teeth and muscles and can prevent certain types of cancer.
-Organic strawberry jam: you know why I insist on organic? Cause most jams you find in the market are saturated with sugar and artificial flavors and even coloring, while the organic one reserves its taste and color and have its natural sugar, I don’t recommend eating it a lot, that’s why I added only one teaspoon to my breakfast, simply to satisfy my taste and have a bit of sugar in my meal.
-multigrain brown bread: it contains the full part of the grain and it has fiber that controls blood sugar, lower the cholesterol and prevent constipation and makes you feel full easier, always buy the organic one, I am concerned that some of the brands add molasses or brown sugar to give the bread its brown color so be aware.
Why don’t you give it a try and bon appetite! © Reinshe2017
