Yesterday was a very sad day as we had to salvage a dead turtle.

Over the last weeks we were happy to encounter this wonderful Hawksbill Sea Turtle again and again. Now it’s not with us anymore, most likely because of a boat strike.

It is unfortunately another example of how much uncontrolled tourism has a negative impact on the environment and marine wildlife. Our hearts are broken.
