Minister for poverty policy, Carola Schouten, will visit Statia from 24 to 26 April 2024.
She’ll meet with government officials to discuss childcare and raising the minimum wage.
Schouten will also visit daycare centres, workplaces, and volunteer groups to address childcare quality, volunteerism, employment opportunities, and youth social issues.
