The Sint Maarten Police Force (KPSM) informs the public that, in connection with several ongoing investigations, detectives have impounded multiple vehicles suspected of being stolen or fenced.

Over the past weeks, two pick-up trucks—a Hyundai H100 and a Kia pick-up—have been confiscated and are currently being held at the police station.

Despite efforts through various channels, detectives have not yet been able to contact the rightful owners of these vehicles. KPSM is therefore requesting that the rightful owners come forward to claim their property.

Owners are asked to contact the police station at +1 (721) 542-2222 and request the Detective Department, or send an email to AR@policesxm.sx.

Please be advised that if these vehicles are not claimed within a reasonable period, they may be disposed of following authorization from the Prosecutor’s Office.
