CTB Invites 50 German Travel Agents to Watch Party in Munich During Curaçao – Germany World Cup Match
WILLEMSTAD – June 17, 2026 – In collaboration with German tour operator Meiers Weltreisen, CTB invited 50 German travel agents and 33 accompanying family members and friends, to attend a watch party in Munich, Germany, celebrating Curaçao’s historic debut at the FIF World Cup. Two hours before kick-off, the travel agents were welcomed with a Blue Curaçao cocktail in Curaçao’s exclusive area. Guests received updates on the latest tourism developments and offerings on the island and enjoyed a buffet dinner before heading outdoors to watch the match. At the same time, a Curaçao promotional booth provided German football fans with information about the destination, marketing materials, and Curaçao fan merchandise to support the Curaçao national team.
Following the match, guests were invited to participate in a rum-tasting session and enjoy the remainder of the evening together. CTB also gave an interview to München.tv sharing the excitement surrounding the event and reflecting on the memorable moment when Curaçao scored its first-ever FIFA World Cup goal.
