Prime Minister Gilmar Pisas welcomed the Vice President of the Republic of Suriname, Mr. Gregory Rusland, at Curaçao International Airport.

Vice President Rusland is visiting Curaçao to participate in the Caribbean United in Excellence Summit, which will take place on Friday, October 9, 2026, as part of the celebrations marking Curaçao’s Autonomy Day.

His presence highlights the importance of strengthening ties between Curaçao, Suriname, and the wider Caribbean region, with a focus on greater connectivity, collaboration, and opportunities for our countries.
