WILLEMSTAD- 11 di mei 2018 – Ofisina di Turismo di Kòrsou (CTB) ta ofresiendo hotèlnan miembro di CHATA e oportunidat di sigui un programa di entrenamentu ku enfoke riba servisio na kliente. E entrenamentu diseñá dor di Teamwork Curaçao spesialmente pa nos merkado, a keda ofresé dor di CTB pa empleadonan ku tin kontakto direkto ku e turista. Total 150 persona lo pasa den e kurso aki repartí den 3 grupo. E promé grupo di 46 persona a terminá dia 8 di mei miéntras e di dos grupo lo inisiá dia 14 di mei awor.

 

E programa ta konsistí di e siguiente modulonan: Eksperensia di e Kliente, Komunikashon ku e Kliente, Sorpresá bo Kliente, E Kliente Difísil i finalmente E Kliente Diferente. E hotèlnan ku ta forma parti di e promé grupo ta: Avila Beach Hotel, Baoase Luxury Resort, Blue Bay Curaçao Golf & Beach Resort, Bon Bini Seaside Resort, Holiday Beach Resort and Casino, Kontiki Beach Resort, Papagayo Beach Hotel, Papagayo Beach Resort, Pietermaai Boutique Hotel i Royal Sea Aquarium Resort.

CTB Starts Customer Service Coursefor the Tourism

WILLEMSTAD- May 11, 2018 – The Curaçao Tourist Board (CTB) is offering CHATA-affiliated hotels the opportunity of following a customer-service training program. The CTB is offering this training, designed by Teamwork Curaçao especially for the local market, to employees that come in direct contact with tourists. The 150 participants in total will be following the course as three separate groups. The first of these, consisting of 46 participants, completed the course on May 8, and the second will be starting on May 14.

 

The program includes the following modules: Customer Experience, Customer Oriented Communication, Surprise Your Customer, the Difficult Customer and finally, the Different Customer. The hotels participating in the first group were the Avila Beach Hotel, Baoase Luxury Resort, Blue Bay Curaçao Golf & Beach Resort, Bon Bini Seaside Resort, Holiday Beach Resort and Casino, Kontiki Beach Resort, Papagayo Beach Hotel, Papagayo Beach Resort, Pietermaai Boutique Hotel and Royal Sea Aquarium Resort.
