WILLEMSTAD – 29 di aprel 2026 – Resientemente Ofisina di Turismo di Kòrsou (CTB) su departamentu enkargá ku desaroyo i maneho di produkto a presentá su plan di akshon na partnernan den sektor públiko i privá. E meta di e seshon tabata pa kompartí e prioridatnan pa sobrá di aña, ku e meta pa fortifiká kolaborashon i asina elevá e produkto turístiko ku Kòrsou ta ofresé pa medio di kalidat, sostenibilidat i eksperensianan outéntiko pa e turista. E seshon a konta ku presensia di 46 partisipante representando un total di 30 organisashon, entre otro, entidatnan di Gobièrnu, sektor privá i organisashonnan no gubernamental. 

 

Durante di e seshon a para ketu na e direkshon stratégiko i tareanan prinsipal di e departamentu repartí riba e aria di desaroyo i maneho di produkto. Primeramente a rekapitulá e proyektonan prinsipal ku a keda ehekutá na 2025 i e promé kuartal di 2026. Seguidamente, CTB a kompartí informashon di proyektonan stipulá pa e sobrá di 2026, entre otro; introdukshon di e proyekto Eksperensiá Turismo den Bario, ekspanshon di e programa di sertifikashon di kalidat pa mas sektor, seshonnan di training, esfuersonan riba tereno edukashonal, seguridat di e turista, infrastruktura i proyektonan relashoná ku medio ambiente. 

CTB lo kontinuá ku tipo di seshonnan asin’aki ku e meta pa aliniá esfuersonan, atendé retonan i identifiká oportunidatnan nobo na bienestar di e produkto turístiko ku Kòrsou ta ofresé. Miéntras ta tene kuenta ku preservashon di Kòrsou su herensia kultura, kresementu sostenibel i generá un impakto positivo pa habitantenan. 


 

CTB Presents Its Product Department Plan to Stakeholders

 

WILLEMSTAD – April 29, 2026 – Curaçao Tourist Board’s (CTB) department responsible for product development and management recently presented its action plan to partners in both the public and private sectors. The session aimed to share priorities for the remainder of the year, strengthen collaboration, and enhance Curaçao’s tourism product through quality, sustainability, and authentic visitor experiences. The session brought together 46 participants representing 30 stakeholder organizations, including government entities, private sector partners, and NGO’s. 

 

During the presentation, the department outlined its strategic direction and core responsibilities in product development and management. A recap was provided of key initiatives executed in 2025 and the first quarter of 2026. CTB also introduced stakeholders to upcoming projects planned for the remainder of 2026. Key initiatives include the launch of the Neighborhood Experiential Tourism Program, the expansion of the Quality Assurance Program, and the continuation of targeted training sessions. Further efforts will focus on education, visitor safety, infrastructure improvements, and environmental projects. 

 

CTB emphasized its commitment to ongoing engagement with stakeholders through similar sessions designed to align strategies, address challenges, and identify new opportunities for the destination. Central to these efforts is a continued focus on preserving Curaçao’s cultural heritage, fostering sustainable development, and ensuring a positive impact on the local community.
