CTB Signs Agreement with Curaçao Little League Foundation to Support Youth Sports and Tourism Promotion
WILLEMSTAD – May 20, 2026 – The Curaçao Tourist Board (CTB), in the presence of the Minister of Economic Development, Mr. Roderick Middelhof, has signed a new two-year sponsorship agreement with the Curaçao Little League Foundation (CLLF), reaffirming its commitment to youth sports and the international promotion of Curaçao as a tourism destination. The agreement includes a two-year financial contribution to assist the foundation covering expenses related to participation in international Little League championships. The agreement was signed by Mr. Muryad de Bruin, Managing Director of CTB, and Mr. Urny Florán, District Administrator of the CLLF.
The participation of these young athletes in international tournaments generates valuable exposure for Curaçao. After each tournament, CTB notices an increase in the number of international visitors accessing curacao.com to learn more about the island. With the support of the Government of Curaçao, CTB will continue its efforts to promote tourism through sports.
