The Police Force of Sint Maarten (KPSM) is pleased to announce that several of its senior officers successfully completed an effective leadership training program this week. The training focused on providing the officers with the knowledge, insight, and guidance needed to perform more effectively at the operational level.

The Chief of Police, Mr. Carl John, and Chief of the Uniform Division, Ms. S. Gysbertha, were present to express their appreciation to instructor Drs. Gerrit Hut and the senior officers. Participants also expressed their appreciation for the valuable training.

KPSM is proud to be the first police force to receive this training and remains committed to investing in similar programs to strengthen leadership, enhance professionalism, and improve the quality of policing and protection provided to the people of Sint Maarten.

KPSM remains dedicated to building a stronger, more professional police force in service to the community.
