WATCHES / WARNINGS: None. A Tropical Storm Watch could go into effect later today. 

EFFECT ON LOCAL CONDITIONS: 

Winds: Becoming northeasterly on Tuesday and southeasterly on Wednesday. Wind speeds generally moderate to fresh; force 4 (20 to 30 km) to 5 (31 to 39 km) with possible gusts up to force 8 (62 to 74 km) in thundershowers. 

Seas: Mainly moderate with wave heights between 1 and 2 meters (3 to 7 feet). Temporarily quite rough on Wednesday with wave heights between 2 and 3 meters (7 to 10 feet).

Rainfall: A few rain or thundershowers are possible late Tuesday and during parts of Wednesday. Expect locally rainfall amounts around 60 to 100 mm that could lead to some flooding.

Local authorities and residents are advised to continue monitoring the further progress of this weather system.
